Twenty CRM is an open source CRM that brings contacts, sales pipelines, tasks and customer relationship history together in one place, with no per-user fee and no limit on contacts. We use the twentycrm/twenty image in version 2.x, where the API server and admin panel run in a single container, alongside a separate worker for background task queues, Postgres and Redis. On your first visit, a setup wizard opens where you create an administrator account and enter your company name. It has a different use case than EspoCRM (also available in the Saplo catalog) - EspoCRM has ready-made modules and simpler configuration, while Twenty is newer, faster and looks like a commercial product, but has fewer ready-made modules.

Is Twenty CRM free for employees?
Yes. Twenty CRM is open source with no per-user fees and no contact limit. You only pay for the Box it runs on. There are no fees for additional employees or the number of records.
What do I get after installation?
The Twenty CRM dashboard with contacts, sales pipelines, tasks, and relationship history, plus your own Postgres and Redis included. On your first sign-in, the setup wizard opens, where you create an admin account and enter your company name. You can then give other employees accounts from the dashboard (Settings -> Users).
How does Twenty CRM differ from EspoCRM in the Saplo catalog?
EspoCRM comes with ready-made modules and simpler configuration, making it a better choice if you want to launch a CRM quickly without digging into the details. Twenty is newer and faster, looks like a commercial product, and has a more modern interface, but offers fewer ready-made modules. Both run on your Box, so the choice comes down to whether you prefer ready-made modules or speed and appearance.
Do I need a separate database plan?
No. Twenty includes its own Postgres, so you do not need to buy an extra database add-on. You use a single Box plan, and your data is isolated from other customers because every Box has its own containers.
Do I need server administration skills?
No. We handle the container, domain, SSL certificate, and system updates. Click Twenty CRM in the dashboard, and within seconds you'll have an address and password. If you want SSH access, you'll get full access with sudo, but you don't have to use it.
What if I run out of storage or memory?
You can change your plan from the dashboard, and additional memory is added without restarting the application. You don't need to move your data or set anything up again.
Can Twenty CRM run on my own domain?
Yes. Connect your own domain or use the free saploapp.pl subdomain. The SSL certificate is generated automatically.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your data is stored in a dedicated container, not on a shared account. Every day, we make an off-site backup to a data center in Finland on every plan.
Can I run other apps alongside Twenty CRM?
Yes. The number of apps and domains in your Box is unlimited. Your plan's memory and disk space are the limits.
What if I don't like it?
Saplo.io is not live yet. We'll add you to the waiting list and let you know when the first Box plans become available.
We are not the cheapest. For 5 € a month, you can get a shared hosting plan that will be enough for a simple website. Saplo makes sense when you want to run your own apps, have SSH access, and avoid sharing your server with a thousand unrelated sites.
