Frequently asked questions.
Will the price increase after the first year?
No. The first-period price is the same as the renewal price. If we ever change the pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days before renewal, as stated in the terms and conditions.
Do I need to provide card details during the trial?
No. You can use your Box for 7 days without providing card details. If you choose not to stay, your account simply expires.
How many websites can I host on one Box?
The number of websites and apps is unlimited. Your plan's resources, namely RAM and disk space, set the limits. A one-page business site fits in Box S, while several websites or an online store fit in Box M.
Will you migrate my website from my current provider?
Yes, migration is free, even during the trial. We transfer your files, database and email.
Will I get SSH access?
Yes, with Box M and above. You log in with an SSH key and have full sudo access within your container. Box S includes a control panel and SFTP.
Is email included in my plan?
Yes, with every plan. You can create unlimited email accounts, and email storage grows with your plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade to a larger plan from the panel, and your websites and apps stay in place. You can also purchase extra resources as add-ons.
Where are the servers located?
In a data center in Germany, within the European Union. Off-server copies are stored in a different location.
