Access to the old panel
Your hosting panel login or FTP or SSH credentials. Any one of them is enough.
Database backup
If you can, export the database. If not, we'll do it using panel access.
List of mailboxes
Email addresses and passwords for the mailboxes you want to migrate, folder by folder.
Domain access
Your registrar panel or AuthInfo code so we can switch the domain at the end.
A date with no major campaign
Choose a day without a major promotion. Switchover takes minutes, but a quiet day means less risk.

How much does it cost to migrate to Saplo?
Nothing. Migration is included in every Box plan, including Box S.
How long does the migration take?
Usually 24-48 hours after we receive your access details. Larger stores and non-standard apps may take longer, in which case we will provide a timeline in advance.
Will my website go down during the migration?
Virtually no. Your old site stays live throughout, you can review the new site at a test address, and we switch the domain only after you approve it.
What if something goes wrong?
Before moving anything, we make a full backup and leave your old hosting untouched. You can always roll back to the pre-migration state.
Will you migrate my email as well?
Yes. We migrate IMAP mailboxes from one server to another, folder by folder, including aliases.
What access do I need to provide?
You only need to provide one of the following: your hosting control panel, FTP, or SSH access. To switch the domain, we need access to your registrar or an AuthInfo code.
