What if...?

What if I don't like it?
You have 14 days to cancel. Write "anuluj", and we refund 100% of the fee for the first period to your account within 3 business days. This commitment is included in the terms (par. 12.7), not just a marketing claim.
What if my site grows?
You can add RAM and disk space without a restart, or upgrade to a larger Box in the dashboard, also with no downtime. We give at least 30 days' notice of any list price changes before renewal.
Will the price be higher in the second year?
There is no introductory discount for the first year. A renewal costs the same as the initial term. If the price list changes, we'll let you know at least 30 days before renewal.
How many websites can I fit in one Box?
There are no limits on applications or domains. You're limited by your plan's memory and disk capacity: Box S supports one or two lightweight sites, Box M supports five to ten, and Box L supports around a dozen to twenty-plus.
What if there's an outage?
An automated system checks the server's health every 5 minutes and alerts us if it fails. We respond immediately and notify you by email about infrastructure outages.
What about backups?
You can create snapshots yourself in the dashboard with one click. In addition, every day we take an encrypted off-site backup of each Box and store it in our Helsinki data center. This applies to every plan, including Box S.
Which plan includes SSH?
Starting from Box M. Every plan with SSH includes a key and full sudo access. You manage Box S through the dashboard and SFTP.
What about invoicing and payment?
