Odoo is an open-source ERP - sales, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, accounting, HR, projects, and production in one system, with Polish-language modules and no per-user fees in the Community edition. We use the official odoo:18.0 image with its own Postgres instance, and set the administrator password automatically through the Odoo console, so the customer does not have to click through the installation wizard. This is the heaviest application in the Saplo catalog. Setting up the database and modules takes several minutes, and Odoo uses about 2 GB of RAM when handling invoices and inventory. It serves a different niche than Dolibarr (also in the catalog): Dolibarr is a lightweight ERP for microbusinesses, while Odoo is a full system for companies with staff, a warehouse, and accounting.
Who it's for- A trading company with a warehouse that needs invoices, orders, and stock levels in one place instead of across several programs
- An accounting office or bookkeeping team that wants to manage document records and reconciliations in a system with Polish-language modules
- A team that develops proposals, work orders, and projects for clients and wants everything in one dashboard

Getting started
Just the app, light traffic, one user
Box L
139 € / year
- 6 GB RAM
- 60 GB of storage
- SSH with sudo
- backups for 7 days
Higher usage
More data and more people at once
Box XL
299 € / year
- 12 GB RAM
- 150 GB of storage
- SSH with sudo
- backups for 14 days
Heavy traffic
Multiple apps at once or a service that generates revenue
Box XXL
819 € / year
- 24 GB RAM
- 300 GB of storage
- SSH with sudo
- backups for 30 days
You don't have to guess. Start with a smaller plan, and if you run out of RAM, we'll add more without restarting your app or moving your data.
What else can you fit? on the same Box
Odoo uses 4 GB of the 6 GB memory included with Box L. That leaves 1.8 GB and 35 GB of disk space, so you can fit up to 109 more apps from the catalog. No extra charge, because you pay for the Box, not the apps themselves.
Frequently asked questions
Is Odoo free?
Yes, the Community edition is open source and has no per-user fees. You do not pay for additional employees or for modules in this edition. The only cost is the Box it runs on.
What does Odoo need to run?
A Box with 4 GB of RAM and one user. With a high volume of invoices and products, Odoo uses around 2 GB of RAM, so a larger company with staff and a warehouse should use a Box with 8 GB. Installation itself takes a few minutes because it first imports the base module into the database. This is normal, not a failure.
Is Odoo available in Polish?
Yes, the sales, inventory, and accounting modules have full Polish translations. After logging in, turn off technical mode (Settings -> General) to see customer-facing names instead of technical module names, and install any modules you need (Apps -> module tiles).
How does Odoo differ from Dolibarr in the Saplo catalog?
Dolibarr is a lightweight ERP for microbusinesses - you can quickly set up invoicing and inventory, but as your company and staff grow, you start to miss modules. Odoo is a full business system for companies with staff, inventory, and accounting, with thousands of modules and its own add-on marketplace. It is the heaviest recipe in the Saplo catalog, so it needs a bigger Box.
Do I need server administration skills?
No. We handle the container, domain, SSL certificate, and system updates. Click Odoo in the dashboard, and within seconds you'll have an address and password. If you want SSH access, you'll get full access with sudo, but you don't have to use it.
What if I run out of storage or memory?
You can change your plan from the dashboard, and additional memory is added without restarting the application. You don't need to move your data or set anything up again.
Can Odoo run on my own domain?
Yes. Connect your own domain or use the free saploapp.pl subdomain. The SSL certificate is generated automatically.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your data is stored in a dedicated container, not on a shared account. Every day, we make an off-site backup to a data center in Finland on every plan.
Can I run other apps alongside Odoo?
Yes. The number of apps and domains in your Box is unlimited. Your plan's memory and disk space are the limits.
What if I don't like it?
Saplo.io is not live yet. We'll add you to the waiting list and let you know when the first Box plans become available.
We are not the cheapest. For 5 € a month, you can get a shared hosting plan that will be enough for a simple website. Saplo makes sense when you want to run your own apps, have SSH access, and avoid sharing your server with a thousand unrelated sites.
