Activepieces lets you automate your apps without paying per run. Connect ready-made integrations for Gmail, Slack, spreadsheets, HubSpot and hundreds of other services visually, or write a custom step in your own code, using JavaScript or Python, where no integration is available. Workflows run in your Box, and the data does not leave for the cloud unless you send it there yourself.

Activepieces uses 2 GB of the 6 GB memory included with Box L. That leaves 3.8 GB and 51 GB of disk space, so you can fit up to 145 more apps from the catalog. No extra charge, because you pay for the Box, not the apps themselves.
Frequently asked questions
How does Activepieces differ from n8n, which is also in the catalog?
Activepieces focuses on ready-made integrations and a clear interface, so you build a workflow from a list of ready-made steps. n8n gives you more control over the logic and has a larger integration community, but it is more developer-oriented. If you want to move fast, choose Activepieces. If your workflow is unusual, n8n is more convenient. Their resource requirements differ significantly: Activepieces includes its own Postgres database and Redis, so it runs three containers and requires 2 GB RAM, which means it fits on Box L (6 GB RAM). n8n is a single container, so it fits on Box M (2 GB RAM for $69 per year).
What happens when an integration stops working?
The workflow stops and displays an error in the execution log instead of silently losing data. You can inspect the history of each run and replay it after fixing the issue.
Do I need server administration skills?
No. We handle the container, domain, SSL certificate, and system updates. Click Activepieces in the dashboard, and within seconds you'll have an address and password. If you want SSH access, you'll get full access with sudo, but you don't have to use it.
What if I run out of storage or memory?
You can change your plan from the dashboard, and additional memory is added without restarting the application. You don't need to move your data or set anything up again.
Can Activepieces run on my own domain?
Yes. Connect your own domain or use the free saploapp.pl subdomain. The SSL certificate is generated automatically.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your data is stored in a dedicated container, not on a shared account. Every day, we make an off-site backup to a data center in Finland on every plan.
Can I run other apps alongside Activepieces?
Yes. The number of apps and domains in your Box is unlimited. Your plan's memory and disk space are the limits.
What if I don't like it?
Saplo.io is not live yet. We'll add you to the waiting list and let you know when the first Box plans become available.
We are not the cheapest. For 5 € a month, you can get a shared hosting plan that will be enough for a simple website. Saplo makes sense when you want to run your own apps, have SSH access, and avoid sharing your server with a thousand unrelated sites.
